Refunds

AntiPDF Pro and the cloud add-on. Last changed 6 October 2026.

Almost all of AntiPDF is free, so you can find out whether it works for you, with your own files, before you pay anything. If something goes wrong anyway, this page says what happens.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For digital content the right ends when delivery begins, if you asked for it to begin immediately and confirmed that you know this ends the right (§ 356(5) BGB). Your licence is delivered the moment the payment completes, so that consent is asked for at checkout. Nothing on this page takes away a right you have by law; where this page and the law disagree, the law wins.

The refund we offer on top of that

If AntiPDF Pro or the cloud add-on is not for you, write to us within 14 days of buying and we refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason. This applies to the first payment of a subscription, to Pro bought once and to the cloud add-on. It sits on top of the statutory right and never replaces it; where the two differ, whichever is better for you applies.

A renewal of a subscription you meant to cancel can be refunded too if you write within 14 days of the renewal and have not used the paid features since.

How to ask for one

Write to hello@antisoftworks.com from the address you bought with, or quote the order reference from your receipt. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record, so the payment was taken by Paddle and the money goes back the same way; you can also ask Paddle directly through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net.

What happens to your licence

When a purchase is refunded in full, its licence ends and we send you an e-mail saying so. The Pro features it unlocked stop on your computers the next time AntiPDF checks its licence online, about once a day. Everything free keeps working, and your documents stay yours. A partial refund leaves the licence running.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before starting a chargeback. It costs both sides a fee and takes weeks; a refund is quicker for you.
